The agent tells him "Did we? yeah so we're going to strike it again so we destroy it completely. So inform people so they can leave." The journalist then asks the agent to ascertain the location of the Tower being targeted, whether it is in Al-Sena' area, the agent replies that it is "in front of the UN offices". The journalist replies that he is not at that location and the agent ends the call.
