The day started with colorful clowns performing tricks and dancing, which brought waves of laughter. Children then lined up for face-painting sessions where they transformed into their favorite superheroes, butterflies, and some had the Palestinian flag painted on their faces. Interactive games and music echoed across the school grounds, and each child left with a special toy as a keepsake from this day. 2) Mobile Barber Point – Al-Alya' School, Al-Shati' Camp (video below) At Al-Alya' School, 80 individuals received fresh haircuts, bringing smiles to their faces and a sense of dignity to their day. Sameer project providing packs of diapers to the families with infants and toddlers [Original post] It seems like the ones that have been suffering the most are the most precious, innocent, and vulnerable - babies. And their parents who despite caring for them so deeply do not have the means to supply their basic needs. While spending time in the A’asma Camp in Nuseirat, The Sameer Project team saw babies with skin rashes, crying in discomfort, and mothers without hygiene products to keep them clean. We provided 70 large packs of diapers to the families with infants and toddlers, each large pack (we bought varying sizes) contains 70 diapers. The packs cost 145 shekels, roughly $40 each, after commission. We also delivered 30 packs to the babies and children in The Refaat Alareer Camp, many of which have developmental disabilities and require diapers as well. In total we distributed 100 packs of diapers to families in need, some of which haven’t had these products in weeks and weeks.
