In the Gaza Strip, the sandstorm ripped through the tent camps where displaced families have been trying to survive in fragile, makeshift shelters. Many of the tents were torn apart, leaving families exposed in the streets with nowhere to go. These are people who already lost their homes to Israeli bombardment, and now even their temporary protection has been destroyed. With Israel continuing to block adequate aid and essential supplies, families are left to endure catastrophic conditions.
