Pogrom in Khirbet al-Hawala : two wounded and five falsely detained [Original post] הסיפור הזה הוא רק דוגמא נוספת המוכיחה ששורש הבעיה הוא לא שהצבא מסייע למתנחלים, אלא שהמתנחלים מסייעים למדינה ולצבא לגרש את התושבים הפלסטינים. [Found by: Masafering] [Location: West Bank > Masafer Yatta > Khirbet al-Halawa] [Archivist Notes] Two wounded and five falsely detained; Today at noon, while the residents of the village of Halawa were grazing their flocks on their private land, a military vehicle arrived and began to drive the sheep away. Settlers joined the party, and together they drove them all the way into their homes. The soldiers raided the village and arrested five family members, threw tear gas canisters into the village and pushed the residents away. This story is just another example that proves that the root of the problem is not that the army helps the settlers, but that the settlers help the state and the army expel the Palestinian residents. The settlers are just tools used by the state to exert pressure, from the perspective of the army and the authorities - their work is welcome and necessary.
"Look at this mother who lost her six children at once, and whose only crime was that they contributed to relief work". [Found by: @Dr_EyadQun] [Location: Gaza > Deir al-Balah] [Archivist Notes] Translation of caption: I feel ashamed to publish about these models whom we owe not only praise for their patience and steadfastness, but also support them in every way possible. However, we publish this to say to all those who resent God's decree: Look at this mother who lost her six children at once, her righteous sons, as we consider them, who went out after the dawn prayer to seek sustenance, and whose only crime was that they contributed to relief work. Look at her patience, steadfastness and acceptance of God’s will. It is an example from God against every person afflicted: no matter how great your affliction is, whoever is patient, God will make him patient. May God reward you greatly, noble mother, and help us to support you and our oppressed and marginalized people.

[Found by: @CitizenMediaFR] [Location: Gaza] [Archivist Notes] "We destroyed houses and eliminated terrorists!" Two French-Israeli soldiers, members of a unit that operated in Gaza for a year and a half, testify with their faces covered about the actions of their group, which is accused of war crimes and crimes against humanity. Translation of the interview : Host: When we say to you: what is the Sayeret Givati, what are the Givati commandos doing today in Gaza — how do you respond? H., female soldier from Givati: I’ve had the opportunity to fight in this war alongside many units, not necessarily commando units — though also some commando units — and you really see a difference in combat discipline. Maybe they’re only 20 years old, but they’re real men, real fighters. They’re afraid of nothing. They’re very precise, very exact. They know exactly what they’re... Host: And real women too, since you’re with them. H., female soldier from Givati: Yes, but there aren’t other women, so I speak about the fighters because… there are no other women with me in the field. And you can see that they all operate at a higher level than other units. You feel it, day by day in combat — you feel that they know what they’re doing. They were trained for this. And now, it’s been more than a year and a half that they’ve been fighting — every day — they’ve practically never left Gaza. They know the terrain by heart. They know how to do everything — even tasks they weren’t initially trained for. Today, they really know how to do everything on the ground, and it’s impressive to see 20-year-old kids (sic) doing this… like… fighting like lions. Host: Hmm, like professionals. And they — when the Sayeret command, as they were preparing to leave Gaza a few months ago, told them “you are the best unit in the IDF” — and this is something we keep hearing, though I know I won’t make many friends saying this among the infantry units like Golani, Nahal, and the paratroopers — but why do they say that? There must be a reason? E., male reservist soldier from Givati: Well, in most combat units — especially in the commando units — there’s a pride that comes with saying, “we’re the best unit.” Now, I can testify about Sayeret Givati — the numbers reflect this as well. Unfortunately, it’s one of the units that lost the most fighters on the ground. Why? For the one and only reason that it was the most exposed. One of the units that gained the most ground, recaptured the most houses, and killed the most terrorists — whether on October 7th, in Nahal Oz, when they were called in, or afterward during the war itself. That’s reflected in the objectives that were achieved, in missions that… we’re not even allowed to talk about today. Uh... Host: Not even today? E., male reservist soldier from Givati: Not even today! We’re not allowed to talk about them. That was already true before the war — in Jenin or Hashrem, based on what we did there. But indeed, in Gaza — now that it’s, well… it’s something people are talking about much more. But yes, it’s reflected in the objectives that were achieved.

Smotrich distributed rangers, cameras, and night vision equipment to 25 outposts (farms) in the Har Hebron Regional Council [Original post] Smotrich published this video from an event where the Ministry of Settlement and National Infrastructure, headed by Orit Strook, distributed rangers, cameras, and night vision equipment to 25 outposts (farms) in the Har Hebron Regional Council. Let's examine some examples of how ATVs play a role in the ethnic cleansing carried out by authorities through these farm outposts: The event took place at Meitarim Farm, owned by Yinon Levy (sanctioned by many countries). This outpost is a clear example of using ATVs as tools for harassing Palestinians and expelling them from their land. In recent years, Yinon's farm has expelled at least three villages and taken over their lands. Talia Farm: Bezalel Talia, seen embracing Smotrich in the video, resides at Talia Farm outpost. From there, he and his brother: at times wearing uniforms and other times - civilian clothing-regularly expel shepherds, harass villagers in surrounding areas, and seize Palestinian lands. Their use of ATVs for intimidation, harassment, and expulsion is well-documented. Har HaEla Farm: Yehoyariv Shvo also appears in the video. He established Har HaEla farm, a relatively new outpost established **deep within what apartheid defines as "Firing Zone 918," near Khalat al-Dabea village. Since the outpost's establishment, residents have faced a significant increase in attacks and restricted access to their private lands. ATVs play a central role in these activities. The purpose of this equipment is undoubtedly to enable settlers to attack, expel, and terrorize more efficiently. As Smotrich himself stated: "The farm occupies vast areas; if it doesn't exist, 'the pit will be empty-there will be snakes and scorpions" He clearly refers to the indigenous residents of the area-landowners living under constant terror. "Displaced communities forgotten people" the fate of northeast of Ramallah Palestinian communities [Original post] In the West Bank, the forcible transfer has begun. Yesh Din and @PHRIsrael are publishing a new report today. Over the past two years, our staff and volunteers have visited Palestinian shepherding communities east of the Allon road, northeast of Ramallah, dozens of times. These visits included collecting testimonies, conducting personal interviews, and administering questionnaires. We also held information sessions, rights workshops, and medical training sessions and provided medical services in a mobile clinic. Since January 2023, due to Israeli policies and settler violence, more than 1,000 people have been forcibly displaced from their homes, and approximately 100,000 dunams of land were emptied of the Palestinian residents who had lived there for decades. The key conclusion of our report "Displaced Communities, Forgotten People" is that Israel bears responsibility for committing the war crime of forcible transfer of Palestinians in the West Bank - carried out with its support, by its agents or its citizens. Moreover, the state’s deep involvement, its methods of action, the systematic nature of these acts, and their repetition in different locations lead to the grave conclusion that in certain areas of the West Bank, Israel is implementing practices of ethnic cleansing of Palestinians.
