Summary of the last days: Wednesday: Settlers led by Lior Tal and Yaron Rosenthal, head of the Gush Etzion Council, invade the lands of the Kisiya family in al-Makhror. The army issues a closed military area order that actually allows the family to be deported from their lands. The settlers take advantage of the situation to take control of the land. Since Wednesday, the family has been fighting to return to their land. Thursday: Backed by the occupation forces, the settlers changed the entrance gate to the lands during the night, to a new gate decorated with a large Star of David that declares their intentions to occupy the area and dispossess the family of their land. The family returned to their land, but they were met with severe settler violence. The occupation forces arrived at the scene and declared a closed military zone and evacuated the family and activists. The settlers, of course, received an exemption, and remained in the area. Friday: The settlers continued to block the family and activists from entering the area. The army acted in cooperation with the settlers, issued a closed military zone order that once again applies to everyone except the settlers. Yaron Rosenthal. Stun grenades were thrown in a direct and life-threatening manner on the family and the activists on Friday evening to keep them away from the lands. Saturday: The occupation forces closed the area and blocked the family and the activists from approaching the road that leads to the lands. A closed military zone order was issued again, signed by the commander of the IOS division Yiki Dolf. Even then the activists joined the family in the fight against dispossession. Today, Israel bombed a school sheltering displaced Palestinians in Sheikh Radwan neighborhood of northern Gaza, killing a dozen and injuring many. While Palestinians and paramedics were recovering the injured and the bodies, Israeli aircraft bombarded the area again, killing another seven and injuring dozens. The second attack forced the Palestinians to drop the bodies and run for their lives, causing the second missile to dismember the bodies into pieces, making it very difficult to identify the victims of this heinous war crime.
