Testimonies revealed that IOF soldiers attacked Dr. Abu Safiya with sound bombs while he was evacuating the hospital, then transported him to a field interrogation center in Jabalia’s Al-Fakhoura area, where he was stripped of his clothes, beaten, and whipped with a cable.
