This criminal policy is an extension of ongoing crimes that have accompanied the establishment of the Israeli occupation and have never ceased. From the outset, Israel was founded on the actions of armed groups such as the Haganah, Irgun, and Palmach, which carried out acts of genocide against Palestinian villages. Palestine was then placed under military rule that controlled every aspect of life through force and violence. Israeli violations continued during the first and second Palestinian intifadas, followed by repeated wars on the Gaza Strip, culminating in what is described as genocide. Across different stages of Palestinian history, Israel has consistently killed Palestinians and carried out field executions. Today, these executions are being transformed into a law enacted through Israeli courts.
