She arrived at the emergency department in fragmented remains. Despite her confirmed death, an emergency cesarean section was immediately performed in a desperate attempt to save the unborn child. Sadly, the baby, struck by shrapnel, was pronounced dead shortly after delivery. This was neither the first nor the last such case. Again and again, our medical teams have performed cesarean sections on martyred mothers under fire, clinging to hope that perhaps one life could be saved from the ruins. What was the guilt of this unborn child, who never even had the chance to see the light?

Settler attack on Abu Seif Family encampment in Hamrah area (Jordan Valley) [Original post] On Wednesday, 30 April 2025, at around 10:20 P.M., about ten masked settlers, some of them armed, arrived in a white pickup truck and three ATVs at the tent encampment of the Abu Seif family, one of several Palestinian shepherding hamlets in south a-Nassariyah in the Hamrah area of the northern Jordan Valley. The settlers entered the family’s sheep pen, drove the flock out, and stole it.The settlers smashed the windows of a structure and solar panels, deliberately rammed one of the family's cars, shattered its windows and those of another car, punctured the tires of a tractor, damaged tent tarps, and set a tent on fire. Community residents managed to contain and extinguish the fire.The Ranger ATV showen in the security camera was recognized by local residents as being used by guards of a nearby outpost. Israeli occupation forces released ten Palestinian detainees, including paramedic Asaad Al-Nasasrah, who was abducted on March 23, 2025, while performing his humanitarian duty. He, along with other rescue workers, had headed to Tal Al-Sultan in Rafah to rescue the wounded following the sudden invasion and the besieging of thousands of civilians. The detainees were released through the Kissufim crossing after months of captivity, following their abduction from the Gaza Strip during the Israeli ground invasion. They were subsequently transferred to Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir Al-Balah, in the central Gaza Strip.
