Later in the evening, Israeli forces directly threatened and targeted Civil Defense crews injuring 3 of its personnel and setting on fire the only firefighting vehicle in the North Gaza. At the same time, Israel has been systematically targeting the healthcare sector and taking all hospitals out of service, the goal being to destroy the urban mass and make northern Gaza uninhabitable, in line with what is now known as "The Generals' Plan" elaborated by Israel last September to forcibly displace the population and turn the region into a military closed zone. A final solution to eliminate the resistance. This is especially important as Al-Qassam Brigades succeeded lately in carrying out multiple well-planned ambushes against Israeli forces and striking them with painful blows in areas where the army made incursions more than once before.
