He arrived at al-Joura area around 7:30 a.m. and waited with others until 9:30, when Israeli tanks and drones suddenly opened fire on the crowd. “The gunfire at us was random,” he said. Everyone threw themselves to the ground to take cover as bodies fell around them. A man next to him was torn to pieces and carried away in the same bag he had brought for aid. “This is not a life,” he added, explaining that a single pack of bread now costs 50 shekels. That day alone, dozens were killed and injured in al-Joura. According to Gaza’s hospitals, at least 805 civilians have been killed, 5,252 injured, and 42 remain missing at Gaza Humanitarian Foundation aid points. An additional 200 have been killed trying to reach aid trucks. In total, over 1,000 starving civilians have been executed while seeking food. With mothers too malnourished or dead to breastfeed, and hospitals running out of supplies, the situation is catastrophic. Infants are starving: Doctors in Gaza say babies are arriving at hospitals “just skin and bones.” The Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis has only one week of formula left; no formula for premature babies remains. Mothers can’t feed because they are too malnourished or deceased to breastfeed. At least 66 children have already died of hunger since October 2023, according to local health officials. Amnesty International accuses Israel of using starvation as a weapon of war, calling it part of a policy aimed at genocide. WHO reports that around 112 children are admitted daily for malnutrition treatment. Aid trucks are allowed in carry no infant formula but Israeli forces confiscated baby formula from the luggage of foreign doctors. Gaza needs 500 aid trucks a day; often fewer than 50 are allowed in. The US- and Israeli-backed GHF system doesn't include baby formula. On the Black market, one can of formula now costs $50, ten times the regular price.

I'm surprised how little people - even MDs and keyboard warriors- know about penetrating/gunshot trauma. Let me explain what this X-Ray means, how it clearly proves this girl has a gunshot, and why the haters are oh so very wrong. First, there's history and clinical picture. The 1.5 yo girl was in her mother's arms very near a GHF "aid" site. They opened fire. She was struck and started screaming, with blood pouring down her right side. On exam, she was struggling, had crepitus, and an obvious entry wound. The X-Ray shows three clear signs she was shot: 1. A bullet; 2. A chest tube; 3. Air outside the lung, which was the crepitus I felt. The chest tube is to treat a pneumothorax (air outside the lung in the chest cavity), and was inserted when the US showed decreased lung sliding. I chose this X-Ray because it is visually striking and clear. That's why posted it. Despite copious evidence from multiple sources and over 550 mortalities at GHF "aid" sites, some called the veracity of these images into question. The keen-eyed knew better because... That's not a regular X-Ray at all. That is a scout, which means that it was done to properly stage a CT. So what does the CT show? The CT shows the bullet clearly going through child's lung, causing the pneumothorax and subcutaneous emphysema, and settling just on top of the right diaphragm posteriorly. https://x.com/trklou/status/1940178395549376620/video/1 This girl's injuries are typical of patients from GHF "aid" sites.
